On Wednesday, both the Dow Jones Industrial Average and the S&P 500 secured unprecedented closing records. The S&P 500 approached the significant 5000 level, showcasing the market's upward momentum.

Investors were actively processing earnings reports from CVS Health, Uber, and Roblox throughout the day, while eagerly awaiting updates from Disney and PayPal after the stock market's closing hours.

However, New York Community Bancorp faced challenges as Moody's downgraded its debt to junk status on Tuesday, exacerbating the regional lender's troubles after its shares plummeted to levels not seen since 1997.

Snap's stock experienced a decline following the release of the social networking company's underwhelming profit guidance for the March quarter.

Despite concerns about potential rate cuts and the state of banks, stocks saw a rise. The Dow Jones Industrial Average concluded the day with a gain of 157 points, equivalent to 0.4%, achieving a new record close.

Simultaneously, the S&P 500 exhibited an 0.8% increase, reaching 4995.09 and also securing a fresh record. The Nasdaq Composite, focused on technology, recorded a gain of 1%.
