A 75-year-old Bundaberg West man has died after a single-vehicle crash at South Kolan on December 7.
Police say the Nissan Tiida he was driving was travelling along Hill End Road at about 2:24pm when it left the roadway and collided with a tree. The driver sustained critical injuries and died at the scene.
The Forensic Crash Unit is continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding the incident.
Authorities are urging anyone with information or dashcam footage to come forward and contact police.
