Fatal single-vehicle crash under investigation near Rosehill

The Forensic Crash Unit (FCU) is investigating a fatal single-vehicle crash at Rosehill, northwest of Warwick, that occurred on Friday morning, 7 February. Initial investigations indicate that at approximately 7:40am, a 1995 Toyota Camry was travelling east along Warwick-Allora Road when it left the roadway and entered a nearby waterway.

The Forensic Crash Unit (FCU) is investigating a fatal single-vehicle crash at Rosehill, northwest of Warwick, that occurred on Friday morning, 7 February.

Initial investigations indicate that at approximately 7:40am, a 1995 Toyota Camry was travelling east along Warwick-Allora Road when it left the roadway and entered a nearby waterway.

Emergency services were called to the scene shortly after the incident and located the driver - the sole occupant of the vehicle - a 56-year-old man from Cannon Hill. He was declared deceased at the scene.

FCU officers are continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding the crash and are appealing for any witnesses, or anyone with relevant information, dashcam, or CCTV footage from the area at the time, to come forward.
