CHENNAI, India (AP) - Bangladesh pace bowler Hasan Mahmud picked up his second five-wicket haul in a row as India was bowled out for 376 runs in its first innings on Day 2 of the first cricket test on Friday.
Mahmud finished with 5-83, becoming the first Bangladesh bowler with a five-wicket haul in India. It was also his second five-wicket performance in as many innings after he took 5-43 against Pakistan in Rawalpindi.
Taskin Ahmed finished with 3-55 and helped end India's innings quickly on the second morning.
Ravichandran Ashwin scored 113 runs - his sixth test hundred and a personal best at his home ground - for India.
