At least one person has died and 25 others are missing after a boat carrying migrants sank off the Greek island of Gavdos, south of Crete, authorities said. Fifty-one people were rescued after the vessel went down, according to the Greek coastguard. Survivors told authorities that about 77 people had been aboard the boat when it sank.
